Natural Coconut Bowl Spoon and Straw Set

These upcycled eco-friendly bowls have been handcrafted using reclaimed coconut shells. Ethically sourced from Bến Tre in Southern Vietnam, the coconuts are 100% organically produced without chemicals or pesticides.

Typically grown for their milk and meat, once their contents have been removed the shells have traditionally been burned and discarded by local villagers. By recycling these incredible natural resources to create beautiful natural wooden bowls, we are not only preventing waste but also giving farmers and local artisans a much-needed second income.

Once their husks have been removed, they are sanded and polished inside and out using organic virgin coconut oil to give them a distinctive shine. These patterned bowls are then etched with this unique geometric design by local craftspeople.

How to Care for your Wooden Bowl Set

Coco shell bowls are best suited to cold or lukewarm food, such as smoothies, salads and Buddha bowls. Hot food may cause the shell to expand and crack.

Hand wash only. Not dishwasher or microwave safe.

Polish to restore if the outside becomes dry and slightly rough. Use a damp dish cloth and gently rub with a spoonful of virgin coconut oil, linseed or flaxseed oil.
